Florenc Qosja

Manager of the advice centre

I have been managing the DIMAK advice centre with its team of dedicated advisors since June 2016. As the manager, I maintain our network of public and private agencies.

I am familiar with the backgrounds, cultures and languages of both Albania and the German-speaking regions. That is because I studied German Language and Literature at the Universities of Krems (Austria) and St. Gallen (Switzerland). I then worked for 15 years as deputy office manager of the Austrian Development Cooperation's international office in Tirana. Now I manage DIMAK in Albania and would like to use my experience and my team to support your plans.

I am happy to advise you about vacancies and vocational training in Albania. I can also provide you with information about job prospects and taking a university degree course in Germany. The DIMAK team is happy to provide you with training to help you prepare your applications. We will show you what a CV, a letter of application and an interview looks like in Albania or in Germany.

I can also tell you a lot about work and education in both countries and in Europe. This is due to my close cooperation with national and international organisations.

In addition i advise in particular women and people in need.

I will be pleased to assist you by providing training on how to write a CV or a letter of application or how to prepare for an interview. Those who find an occupation find life. That is my motivation for being an advisor at DIMAK since January 2017 – and for working to ensure you have a future.

Jeta Xhabija

Advisor

In addition to the DIMAK advice centre in Tirana, we also have a regional advice centre in Shkodra, where I am responsible for counselling. The centre in Shkodra is opened to provide advice to individuals and families about reintegration and the requirements of regular migration.

My work is mainly focused on transnational case management. Through my experience with national and international civil society organizations and public institutions, I can counsel your individual case and give you information about reintegration possibilities.

I am looking forward to talking to you about your skills and perspectives and about how we can achieve them through the services of DIMAK Albania.

A.L.
