Introduction to gastronomy and cuisine

The Rückkehr in Würde (Return in Dignity) project offers introductory courses – in this case: gastronomy and cuisine.

Training is practice-based. It has the following key contents:

  • Occupational safety
  • Teaching on food and nutrition
  • Learning about kitchen tools and cutting techniques
  • Various cooking techniques
  • Cooking and baking regional, international and seasonal dishes
  • Arranging menus
  • Customer-focused service

The project also offers courses in other areas:

  • Hairdressing and cosmetics
  • Painting and decorating
  • Plumbing, heating and air conditioning
  • Metal construction
  • Electrical installation
