The aim in Pakistan is to achieve a better match between young people’s skills and corporate demand. That is the reason behind a training programme for young people in Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Azad Kashmir and Balochistan

This programme supports young people via:

• Workshops on skills development
• Instructional training
• Career guidance
• Help with job search

Training in parallel to your existing job is possible.

Those who have previously worked in the informal sector can also participate. Their earlier experience will be recognised and they will receive a certificate.
