The programme “Inkluzija Roma i drugih marginalizovanih grupa u Srbiji” offers support and training for Romani and Roma, for returnees and for people finding it difficult to get a job and to integrate into society.

This programme provides:

- Careers advice
- Career mediation, in other words help with problems in the workplace
- Training in different lines of work. For example,  

  • in the textile, catering, vehicle and mechanical engineering sectors and
  • in the social professions and in care

You’ve come back to Albania. Are you looking for a job dealing with sustainable development? The organisation Terre des Hommes (TDH) can help you.

You’re welcome to make an appointment to speak with professional advisors. They’ll give you the information you need, answer any career questions you have, and help you with finding a job.

These advisors provide the following services:

  • They use their local network to help you find a job. This network includes employment offices, companies, partner organisations, municipalities and other relevant institutions.
  • The advise you and assist with submitting an application.
  • They help you to improve your skills relating to communication, ethical behaviour, and your rights and obligations at the workplace.
  • You’re given advice on how to cooperate with colleagues and supervisors.
  • They also offer motivational counselling.

You’re welcome to make an appointment to speak with professional advisors. They’ll be happy to answer any questions about your future career. And they’ll help you with finding a job:

Assistance after returning

Have you just returned from Germany to Albania? Do you first need to get your bearings and look for an opportunity to start again? Help is available with this. The URA Albania reintegration project is there for you. Please take note of the conditions below.

URA Albania offers advice and emergency aid in the first few weeks and
months after returning. This assistance makes it easier to make a new start in Albania.

The individual support you get depends on your personal needs. It starts off with you having a confidential chat with one of the project’s social workers in Tirana. He or she will then work with you and your family to prepare a plan that sets out the help you need.

URA Albania offers help like the following:

  • Welfare advice
  • Psychological counselling
  • Emergency aid in the form of contributions in kind
  • Special help for children

Conditions: You can get help from URA Albania if you have come from one of the following federal states in Germany: Baden-Württemberg, Berlin, Bremen, Lower Saxony, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Schleswig-Holstein.
You can only get help after voluntarily returning if you come from one of the following states:
Bavaria, North Rhine-Westphalia, Thuringia.

One further condition is that you must have lived in Germany for at least 3 months immediately before your return.

Erca is an international company. It recruits people for jobs all over the world. You have to be at least 18 years old.

For some of the jobs you will need to speak a foreign language or have specific work experience. If you are a suitable candidate for a job you can do different language classes and training courses. A language course lasts 3 to 4 months and costs 2,000 leke a month. Once you arrive in the country in which you will be working you can take another language course. This course lasts 2 weeks and is free of charge.
