The Bavarian Employers Association training and development centre gives you a basic knowledge of tourism.

The course includes the following:

• Communicating with customers in various work areas: in German, English and Spanish
• Computer skills
• Knowledge of maths
• First aid course
• Cooking course

Worth knowing Duration: 4 weeks Free of charge. Languages: German, English and Spanish. Place: Augsburg.
