Introduction to gastronomy and cuisine
The Rückkehr in Würde (Return in Dignity) project offers introductory courses – in this case: gastronomy and cuisine.
Training is practice-based. It has the following key contents:
- Occupational safety
- Teaching on food and nutrition
- Learning about kitchen tools and cutting techniques
- Various cooking techniques
- Cooking and baking regional, international and seasonal dishes
- Arranging menus
- Customer-focused service
The project also offers courses in other areas:
- Hairdressing and cosmetics
- Painting and decorating
- Plumbing, heating and air conditioning
- Metal construction
- Electrical installation
