Training courses for micro-entrepreneurs

Do you want to become self-employed, or start your own small business? This 2-module training course teaches you what steps you need to take. 

The training course gives you the basic knowledge and skills that young entrepreneurs need.

Module 1: Your business concept
This module teaches you how to develop a business concept. It should later be easy to implement this concept.

Module 2: Starting a business
This module teaches you how to use your business concept to start a business.
You’ll learn more about: 

  • Financing options
  • Legal basics, laws and rules for companies in Egypt
     

You’ll also have the opportunity to get individual advice, or have a mentor to help you.  

Both modules use simulations and case studies that allow you to run through different scenarios. This will allow you to learn about starting a business in as practical a way as possible.

The EGC helps you to find a job as a clerical worker throughout Egypt.

Follow-up counselling is available once you have found employment.

The EGC also organises job fairs, and can advise you on finding a job even if you live in governorates outside of Cairo.
