Psychological advice

The “House of Hope” offers therapy sessions. Professional advisors will help you if you need psychological support. 
Individual therapy sessions and advice will help you to improve your situation. 
The “House of Hope” can help returnees to work through the traumatic experiences of their flight, for example. 

The advice also boosts your self-confidence and helps you to overcome feelings of shame or guilt. 

The team will take account of your overall situation. Family members or friends can be included if that would be useful.

This offer is aimed at:

  • people who are mentally ill and traumatised;
  • returnees and
  • migrants; 
  • women who have been the victims of sexual abuse and rape; 
  • soldiers; 
  • people affected by the corona pandemic who need support
