The programme “Inkluzija Roma i drugih marginalizovanih grupa u Srbiji” offers support and training for Romani and Roma, for returnees and for people finding it difficult to get a job and to integrate into society.

This programme provides:

- Careers advice
- Career mediation, in other words help with problems in the workplace
- Training in different lines of work. For example,  

• in the textile, catering, vehicle and mechanical engineering sectors and
• in the social professions and in care

TDH cooperates closely with local companies. That’s why it can assist you in the following ways:

• TDH offers a paid practical training position where you can gain fresh skills and new knowledge. You’ll be taught practicalities that are essential for a job in a real working environment.
• The practical training takes place at the workplace, where someone competent will guide you.
• You’ll be given a direct insight into all work processes.

You’ve come back to Albania. Are you looking for a practical training position? The aid organisation “Adventist Development and Relief Agency” (ADRA) can help you with this.

Their service:

• The advisors will help you to find a one-month practical training place in your vocational field. It doesn’t matter if you’ve already completed training in that area of work, or just want to start.
• The advisors will help you with preparing your CV and submitting applications.
